[YES] They can be Retitled, Rewritten or Redited.

[YES] You can add your name as the Author.

[YES] They can be rebranded with your Links.

[YES] They can be used as Web Site/Blog Content.

[YES] They can be broken down into Articles.

[YES] They can be added to Autoreposnder eCourses.

[YES] They can be given away or sold without Resell Rights.

[YES] They can given away or sold with Resell Rights.

[YES] They can be given away or sold with Master Resell Rights.

[YES] They can be sold with Private Label Rights starting on the day after the sale expires.

[NO] They can be given away with Private Label Rights at any time. (In other words, no, you CAN NOT just give private label rights away. A person must pay for private label rights - you choose the cost.)

[YES] You can edit/change the Sales Letters or eCovers if they aren't misleading in anyway.

[NO] You can add my name/business name to any of the products you create or promotional materials you use related to these marketing strategies.

[YES] You can claim copyright to any of these strategies if substantial changes are made that legally separate the original strategies with your own reedited/ rewritten content, articles or products. (basically "substantial changes" means that your reedited/rewritten versions bear NO resemblance to my original strategies).

Additionally, you cannot use these marketing strategies in any immoral, illegal or unethical manner, including sending UCE - unsolicited commercial email, also known as SPAM.

Any violation of this agreement will be subject to a revoking of this license in which case all money paid will be forfeited.

This constitutes the entire license agreement. Any disputes or terms not discussed in this agreement are at the sole discretion of Amber Jalink, President/CEO, DIME Consultants Inc.

REFUND POLICY
Because the content is downloadable and with private label or master resell rights, we do not provide any refunds. When you note the Private Label Rights, you will understand why. This is because once someone has downloaded these products, I'll have no idea what will happen next. You may take action, do things right and make money. Or you may do it all wrong - or even do nothing.

If you think that this offer is risky because of the "no refund" policy or don't have any plans with the products, then I advice you to leave this page. Abuse

We will not tolerate verbal or written abuse of any kind. If you have a problem or concern, please contact us. We return all phone calls, and all emails received. Special Admonitions for International Use.

Recognizing the global nature of the Internet, you agree to comply with all local rules including, without limitation, rules about the Internet, data, e-mail, or privacy. Specifically, you agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from Canada, the United States or the country in which you reside.

Dealings with Third Parties.

Your participation, correspondence or business dealings with any third party found on or through the Site, regarding the payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such third party. Miscellaneous.

This Agreement shall all be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada applicable to agreements made and to be performed in Ontario. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between DIME Consultants Inc. and you for any purpose concerning this Agreement or the parties' obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a federal or provincial court of competent jurisdiction sitting in the region of Niagara, Province of Ontario.

Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Site must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred. DIME Consultants Inc.'s failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of this Agreement. DIME Consultants Inc. may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.
